It's not that courses don't matter — the order does. Most traders aren't short on content; they don't know which layer to fix first.
The 7-day trading review generates your Trader OS learning map: pin down the 1-2 leaks costing the most, then enter the matching training path — method (SMC / Wyckoff / macro) + execution + risk + behavior + AI Coach feedback.
Review is the starting point, not the end. It tells you which lesson you can't skip first; then you walk the full Trader OS map — fix the key leak first, complete the system after.
How it works
- Day 1-7One submission per day (24h cooldown). Real: upload a setup screenshot or actual trade. Practice: complete one standard setup decision drill.
- 为什么分天?Looking at 7 charts at once only assesses setup quality. It can't catch FOMO / revenge / anchoring — patterns that only emerge across different market days.
- Day 7+Real finds actual leaks; Practice finds decision bias. Both return top 3 mistakes, one next-week rule, the recommended lesson, and the full Trader OS path.
- 规则1-2 missed days OK (14-day grace). 7+ missed → session abandoned, restart required.
